By registering an account or purchasing any service from Boost Lab PH, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform or services.

2. Services Provided

Boost Lab PH offers digital marketing and engagement-boosting services for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), and others. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Followers and likes
  • Video views and post reach
  • Page or account engagement metrics

All services are for marketing purposes only and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any social media platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. By signing up, you warrant that you are of legal age and capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable Philippine laws.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information upon registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, with or without your authorization.
  • Boost Lab PH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse or fraud.

5. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Violate the terms of service of any social media platform.
  • Use our services for spam, harassment, or harmful activities.
  • Exploit bugs, use bots, or engage in automation that manipulates services unnaturally.
  • Resell our services without written permission, unless you are an authorized reseller.

6. Payments and Refunds

  • All orders are prepaid. Services will not begin until full payment is received.
  • All sales are final. Refunds will only be considered in cases of complete service failure, at our discretion.
  • Boost Lab PH may offer partial credits for undelivered portions of an order if applicable.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate suspension of the associated account.

7. Service Limitations

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Social media platforms may update their algorithms or policies, which may affect the stability or retention of our services.
  • We do not guarantee permanent results or account protection from platform penalties. Use at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code on the Boost Lab PH platform are our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or reuse any part of our site or services without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Boost Lab PH shall not be held liable for:

  • Suspension, banning, or restriction of social media accounts after using our services
  • Any loss of revenue, profits, or data
  • Technical issues, delays, or third-party failures
    Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected order.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boost Lab PH, its employees, and partners from any claims or liabilities arising from your misuse of our services, violation of platform policies, or breach of these Terms.

11. Account Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access to our services without prior notice if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • We detect suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity

  • Required by legal or regulatory authorities

12. Changes to Terms

Boost Lab PH reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Iloilo City, Philippines, unless otherwise required by law.
